However, the family mediator assigned to your case may inform you of the state of the law in a given situation or suggest that you seek the assistance of specialists, depending on the nature of the dispute, for example, an expert in the evaluation of residency or a lawyer for legal advice or a psychosocial expert to assess your child’s particular difficulties.
