Mr. Larocque is an accredited mediator in labour, commercial and civil law. Over the course of his practice, he has developed and implemented proven methods and approaches to dispute prevention and resolution for his corporate clients, specifically applicable to interpersonal conflict in labour relations and psychological harassment situations.

Martin Larocque’s practice focuses on workplace mediation in situations of psychological harassment, or on the return to work following such events.

His vast experience enables him to act effectively in delicate and urgent situations, as well as in major cases.

Me Marois holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal, completed in 2018, and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in early 2020. As part of his training, he completed an internship with an organization providing legal information in both family and criminal matters.

A litigator since the very beginning of his career, Mr. Marois initially completed his articling at the Quebec Bar School in a criminal and penal law firm in Montreal, before starting his practice in this field, first on his own and then with the Montreal Community Legal Centre.

Ms. Marois has since shifted her practice to focus exclusively on civil, estate and family litigation. The many and varied cases she has handled over the years have given her expertise a multidisciplinary edge.

Mr. Marois will be with you every step of the way, from initiation to settlement, whether through negotiation and agreement out of court, or through representation before the courts. He mainly serves the greater Montreal area (Montreal, Laval, Saint-Jérôme, Joliette and Longueuil).
